FRITZ DEUX — Terms & Conditions
Effective date:‍ ‍October 14, 2026
. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Fritz Deux. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
. Our Products
Fritz Deux sells cookware and related products. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and other details accurately.
Colors and appearances may vary depending on your screen and lighting. Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. We do not intentionally misrepresent products, and any material error will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should review product specifications and care instructions before purchasing.
. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, inventory unavailability, or a shipping restriction. Where we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order, as required by law.
Prices, payment methods, taxes, and shipping charges will be shown during checkout where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.
. Pricing, Taxes, and International Orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, import duties, customs charges, and other government assessments may apply.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for import duties or taxes unless checkout or the order terms clearly state otherwise. We will not use this section to avoid any disclosure or payment obligation imposed by applicable law.
. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates and shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We will provide shipping information and handle delays, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
Please review our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy before ordering. You should contact us promptly if an order has not arrived, tracking information appears incorrect, or a package arrives damaged.
. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how to request a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Nothing in our policies limits a consumer’s mandatory rights under applicable law. If a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly described, or not delivered as required, additional legal remedies may apply.
. Product Use and Safety
Cookware must be used according to its product-specific instructions, warnings, and care requirements. Not all cookware is suitable for every stove, oven, dishwasher, cooking method, or temperature.
Do not use a product if it appears damaged or unsafe. Stop using it and contact us if you have a safety concern. This section does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, logos, graphics, product photographs, designs, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Fritz Deux and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, website, or legal rights, subject to applicable law.
. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, and website applications. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.
. Warranties and Liability
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties and statutory consumer guarantees. Any disclaimer or limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent legally permitted, Fritz Deux is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are generally governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer lives.
Any dispute-resolution, venue, arbitration, or class-action provision must be separately reviewed by an attorney before use. No provision in these terms takes away rights that cannot legally be waived.
. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

FRITZ DEUX — Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to understand how shipping, returns, and refunds work when you shop with Fritz Deux. This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within [insert confirmed processing time] after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, and unusual periods of high demand.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. If an item is unavailable or we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you and provide any legally required notice, cancellation option, or refund.
. Shipping Destinations and Charges
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your order, as applicable.
Some destinations may be unavailable because of carrier restrictions, supplier limitations, or legal requirements. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate refund as required by law.
. Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. We will provide tracking information when available.
If your package appears lost, tracking stops updating, or delivery is substantially delayed, contact [Insert email] and include your order number.
We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not remove responsibility that the law places on us for delivery.
. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or apparently defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging if reasonably available. We may request reasonable information to investigate.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy. You do not lose a statutory right merely because you did not report an issue within a deadline stated in this policy.
. Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible purchases, Fritz Deux offers a [confirm return period, such as 30 days] return period beginning on [define when the period starts].
To request a return:
1. Email [Insert return email] with your order number.
2. Identify the item you wish to return.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping it back.
4. Pack the item securely and follow the instructions provided.
Unless the law requires otherwise, standard change-of-mind returns should be unused, in resalable condition, and include original packaging, accessories, and included parts where reasonably possible.
Any deadline or condition in this section is subject to mandatory consumer rights. For example, many eligible online purchases in the European Union generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to exceptions and specific rules.
. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping only where that responsibility was properly disclosed and is permitted by law.
For faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise legally qualifying returns, we will cover or reimburse return costs where required.
Where appropriate, use a trackable shipping service. Any allocation of risk for return shipments is subject to applicable law.
. Refunds
We will notify you when an eligible return is approved. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
Our target processing time is [insert realistic refund processing time] after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
This target does not extend any statutory refund deadline. Where the law requires a refund sooner, that deadline controls.
Original shipping charges will be refunded where required by law. For other returns, their treatment will be disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
. Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact [Insert email]. Exchanges depend on product availability and may be handled as a return followed by a new purchase.
This process does not limit statutory remedies for defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
. Cancellations and Shipping Delays
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
If we cannot ship within the promised time or a legally applicable default period, we will provide any required notice, cancellation option, and refund. If an order is cancelled before shipment, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled order as required by law.
. Final-Sale Items and Exceptions
Any final-sale or non-returnable designation will be disclosed before purchase and applied only where permitted by law.
No final-sale designation removes mandatory rights for defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming products. Exceptions to statutory withdrawal rights must be assessed under the law applicable to the transaction.
. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, customers may be responsible for destination-country charges where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
Customers should check local import rules before ordering. We will provide disclosures required by law.

FRITZ DEUX — Product Safety & Warranty Terms
Fritz Deux wants customers to use their cookware safely and confidently. Please read the product-specific instructions, warnings, and care information supplied with each item.
1. Follow Product Instructions
Cookware products differ in materials, construction, heat resistance, and intended use. Before use, review the product instructions and confirm that the item is suitable for your cooking appliance and intended purpose.
Unless expressly permitted by the product instructions, do not assume cookware is suitable for:
- Oven, broiler, or grill use.
- Induction, gas, electric, or other cooktops.
- Dishwasher cleaning.
- Metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.
- Use above a specified temperature.
Never use cookware beyond its stated heat limits or intended purpose. Use suitable heat-resistant protection when handling hot cookware and keep hot items away from children and others at risk.
2. Inspect Before Use
Before using cookware, inspect it for cracks, warping, loose handles, damaged coatings, sharp edges, or other apparent defects.
Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe. If a safety concern develops during use, stop using the product when it is safe to do so and contact us.
3. Materials and Safety Claims
We will describe product materials, coatings, dimensions, and performance based on information reasonably available to us.
We will not intentionally make unsupported claims that a product is non-toxic, chemical-free, food-safe, non-stick, or suitable for a particular use. Customers with questions about product composition, care, or compatibility should contact us before use.
Where appropriate, we will seek clarification from the manufacturer or supplier.
4. Reporting Defects and Safety Concerns
If you believe a product is defective or unsafe, contact [Insert customer-service email] and provide:
- Your order number and product name.
- A description of the issue and when it occurred.
- Photographs, if reasonably available.
- Product label, batch, or model information, if available.
Do not continue using a product that may be unsafe. We will review the report and explain the next steps. Depending on the situation and applicable law, the remedy may include a replacement, repair, refund, return, or manufacturer referral.
You are not required to waive a legal right in order to report a safety issue.
5. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, its coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim process will be provided or made available as required.
A manufacturer’s warranty is separate from any warranty or legal obligation Fritz Deux may have as the seller. It does not eliminate statutory consumer rights.
6. Legal Guarantees and Implied Warranties
Depending on the applicable law and product, you may have rights relating to product quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with description, repair, replacement, or refund.
Any exclusion or limitation of an express or implied warranty applies only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Improper Use and Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, warranty coverage may not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, failure to follow applicable care instructions, or ordinary wear and tear.
These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law or where the issue is otherwise covered by a mandatory legal right.
8. Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If we learn that a product may be subject to a recall or safety notice, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law and instructions from relevant authorities or manufacturers.
Customers should follow recall or safety instructions and stop using a recalled product when instructed.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the transaction.
